How it works

The hard part isn't moving contacts around — it's deciding when two records are the same person, and giving you a review you trust enough to let it write to your real address books.

   Connect your accounts

   Link Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Apple iCloud and any generic CardDAV server. ContactZapp reads contacts from each one — nothing changes yet.

   Detect duplicates and conflicts

   The same person often exists as several slightly different records across accounts. ContactZapp finds those records and shows you exactly which fields disagree.

   Review the merge

   You see a proposed golden record for each person, with every source field it was built from. Nothing writes back until you approve it.

   Stay in sync, with rollback

   Approved changes are written back to every connected account. Every change is kept in a continuous history, so any merge can be undone later.
